Hannah Cano, Operations Manager / Broker

Hannah joined Saratoga in 2015 after moving to Bellingham from California. After graduating from the University of San Francisco in 2010, Hannah began her brokerage career at Grubb & Ellis (Newmark Grubb Knight Frank) in the competitive Southern California commercial real estate market, where Hannah worked as a broker on an active tenant representation team, covering a wide range of representation for users of industrial, office, flex, and retail space. During her tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Hannah refined her skills in site selection, contract negotiation, and business development. Since moving to Whatcom County, Hannah has successfully applied her knowledge of commercial leasing and sales to effectively manage and execute complex projects. Her strong analytical skills make her particularly well-suited to identifying potential issues and arriving at creative solutions. Hannah is also comfortable in navigating relationships with public agencies, having served as an assistant to the Chief Planner for the City of Rancho Santa Margarita. Now in her sixth year at Saratoga, Hannah is the Operations Manager, assisting Amia in running the day to day operations for the company. Along with her Operations Manager responsibilities, Hannah continues her active brokerage career, specializing in developing strategic relationships and identifying opportunities for her clients.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys the best that the Pacific Northwest has to offer: mountain biking, trail running, rock climbing, and golfing. She also loves spending time with family and friends.
