Over the past year, Saratoga has had the unique opportunity to work with Tokyo Monster Sushi on their new restaurant at Birch Bay Square here in Whatcom County. Tokyo Monster Sushi offers a full sushi menu as well as a diverse list of food options. We are very excited that the restaurant will have live entertainment as there is a stage for music and karaoke! The owner, Phillip Kim, plans on having live jazz regularly.
While dining at Tokyo Monster Sushi, you may have your food delivered tableside by a robot named “Cathy”, or sushi rolled by a state-of-the-art Sushi Rolling Robot—a first for Whatcom County. Bringing Tokyo Monster Sushi to Birch Bay Square was a long and arduous process that involved extensive tenant improvements. Phillip has set out to create a destination restaurant and experience, that provides amazing food, a vibrant atmosphere, and an unforgettable experience for patrons.
New life has come to the Center, where visitors can charge their Tesla cars, dine at the many great restaurant options, and shop. Birch Bay Square is also home to the Nexus Enrollment Center.
